Website like Udemy with custom feature

Hello,
i want to make a wordpress website just like udemy (with a header that looks like Fiverr's header) and i want to add a custom feature that allows booking meeting with teachers(one to one meeting).
the teacher will be able to set and change the time of week that he will be available during it
and of course the price for meeting (sets by the teacher)
also a very important point, is that the meeting needs to be saved for a while in case the client has a problem with the teacher and he open a dispute, so the administration need to review the meeting to check if there is any conflict or problem during it
